Stop SMS Uni Boot - Boot image to CD & USB-based Windows 8.1 PE. Designed to work with partitions HDD and for solving other problems. Includes a complex system recovery after the SMS blocking banner.

note:
boot.wim can be used as a modified Windows installer 8.1 x86/x64 . The main difference from the original is the presence of additional features and utilities. No installation under Windows !

Otkryvaem iso image in as UltraISO (tested on version 9.5.3.2901).
MoU: self - loading to write to the Hard disk image
4.C. the opened window: Disk Drive - we Choose our flash drive , recording Method - Select USB-HDD
Mom click: Format - FAT32/NTFS
6 formatting is complete, press: to Record
